Outgoing File Documentation

Outbound files can be retrieved from an account in two ways:

  1. Using our back-end API.
  2. Using our front-end Customer File Access interface (only available to logged-in customers).

When a file is received on our server, the automation scripts on the server will translate the data into whatever format is necessary, and place that data into the outbound folder. Any files in the outbound folder will be automatically retrieved by the customer machine running our automation scripts.
