Incoming File Documentation

Inbound files can be posted to an account in two ways:

  1. Using our back-end API.
  2. Using our front-end Customer File Access interface (only available to logged-in customers).

When a file is received on our server, the automation scripts on the server will translate the data into whatever format is necessary, and place that data into the outbound folder. See the documentation on Outbound Files for more information.
